PE production line is a single stage extruding and foaming equipment with large L/D.
1. It takes polyethylene resin with low desity as raw material, injects shirinking proof agent ans foaming agent with high high pressure in extruding process, through screw plasticizing and mixing, extrudes from dies, cools and forms into foaming products.
2. The forming producrs are mainling used in thermal insulation, sound insulation, impact insulation.
